SHIPPING POLICY & RETURN POLICY
We have tie-ups with reputed logistics companies for all our domestic deliveries, enabling us to service most important markets across the country. We make sure that products are delivered to customers in good condition.
All deliveries will happen within 10 working days & Octroi / Local taxes if applicable will be borne by the customer.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us has a Manufacturing defect, you may send the same for an exchange, by intimating us within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
After the merchandise is received by us, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of merchandise we shall process the exchange within 15 working days of receipt of the merchandise.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package. We will not charge you any additional courier cost & also the replacement item will be couriered to you at no additional charge.
Once the item has been received, ownership of the goods is transferred to you and from this point the item is your responsibility. It is therefore your responsibility, in the event of a need to exchange. Please ensure the item is returned to us in a safe manner and is packaged correctly to avoid damage. Courier cost from this point will be customer responsibility
